Content like quizzes, calculators and assessments are super-effective at engaging leads. So much so that interactive content generates 4-5x more page views than static content. Why? Because it creates a two-way dialogue with your reader, instead of a one-way monologue. In a world drowning in content, this is very important as lead generation cannot occur without first engaging your audience.

High-performing websites on the other hand – notice high-performing being a relative term as well – impact three parameters that determine user engagement: user feelings, user mental states, and user interactions. These three aspects create an emotional, cognitive and behavioral connection between human visitors (can’t say much about bots!) and the website.


From the perspective of end users, excessive services are often unnecessary or at most, considered secondary to the actual content portrayed by the website.
